We comply with all local, state, and federal laws. The following list of state and local laws is not represented to be all inclusive of the 50 states’ numerous firearms, ammunition and magazine laws. You must be aware of any laws affecting your purchase.

      No sales of ammunition delivered to the city of Chicago

      Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card (FOID) & state issued identification must accompany first time ammunition orders. These documents must be valid and completely legible.

      Orders will be processed and retained until all documents needed are submitted and received by Nevada Ammunition. Ammo will only be shipped to the address stated on the document. We will maintain a copy of your FOID which shall be used for any future orders.

      CALIFORNIA

        No sales of ammunition delivered to the county of San Francisco & Marin County.

        No ammunition delivered to the Cities of: Carson, Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, and San Francisco. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.
          ILLINOIS

          Must have current copy of FOID card and State Photo Identification, No sales of ammunition and/or magazines to the City of Chicago.

          We do not ship ammunition to APO, FPO, and P.O. Boxes. ALL ORDERS MUST BE WITHIN THE U.S.

          Nevada Ammunition recommends that if you live in an apartment your order be delivered to the Main Office/Property Manager's Office. Nevada Ammunition is not responsible for lost or stolen ammunition

          Notice: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide all required and necessary documents in conjunction to state & local law(s) in a timely manner. Orders will be processed and retained until ALL requirements are met for the order to be released and shipped. Any order that is canceled per the customers request or that does not meet these legal requirements will automatically be canceled and refunded minus a 4% fee. Why you ask? If you place an order online we as a small company are charged a fee by the credit card companies for the transaction, we will not absorb this cost.
