Policy: Once you have contacted us, we will send a pre paid return shipping label via email. Upon receiving the returned ammo we will run a very thorough spec testing (chamber check, firing, powder charge, etc). If the ammo checks out as not flawed we will be refund you the price you paid per round from the amount that you returned. If we find that the ammo is out of spec, we will provide you a full refund for the entire order & shipping.
